Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oil on medium/high heat (350 degrees)
  2. In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup of butter milk and 1 egg. (add a few drops of hot sauce if you want some spice!)
  3. Pour Kings Chicken into a separate bowl. 1/2 cup or more, depending on what you're cooking. Remember, you can always add more fry to your bowl if you need it.

  • 1 Cup Down By The Bayou
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
