Bought the combo pack couple weeks ago. No chance to use any until last night. Used the down by bayou on some snapper and catfish. Followed the instructions exactly. Put some fillets over little pasta and topped that with some crawfish ettufee. Was excellant. The breading is seasoned perfect and cooks to a nice crisp. No complaints. I just don’t know if the step of dipping fish in egg and buttermilk is necessary. I’ve been frying fish for 50 years without doing that but it was very good anyway. I do recommend this and look forward to usuing the other that I bought.

The product arrived quickly after ordering. I tried the original seasoning for chicken first. Followed the video with a squeeze of mustard and dusted in the product! The chicken was out of bounds!!! The flavor and crunch had me brining more chicken for the next day!!!

This seasoning is the best,, delicious. I also used the fish fry which was so delicious we ate the fish and grits so fast, I forgot to take a picture. Also, follow the instructions on the package. I've been cooking fish all my life and never thought of marinating the fish in buttermilk, the dredge the fish in the seasoning. A little of this product goes a long way. Great product. Will be purchasing more.

I love the original creole mixes but the spicy one is too hot and spicy. I don't like food too spicy. I don't mind spices but that one doesn't work for me.

I’ve only used the fish fry and I followed the instructions on the bag and the fish turned out perfectly. I used the mix to fry catfish nuggets and my company started eating and by the time I thought to take a pic, the fish was gone . I used the Second Line Sunday for my chicken. Delicious. I used Flam-Beaux on my fish. It was to too spicy for me. My husband liked it. The next time I will mix it with Down By The Bayou to temper the heat. Otherwise the flavor was good.
